早上8:30的样子去的.因为是我一个人带小孩去的身高超出的.服务员一定要我出示两张早晨券.我才发现房卡里就一张.下楼到总台去要.前台说因为我和我老公说不吃早饭.所以就给了一张.1.我没有向你前台说我不要餐券.为什么私自少给一张.造成我跑来跑去.2.这几天我在老家办事情也没有一家酒店说要补小孩的餐票.而且住其中酒店出示房卡一样就可以用餐.这服务造成顾客这么多麻烦.说下早晨.菜品不是很多.拿来一个花卷和一点蔬菜.一个煎蛋.一个面小孩子吃.花卷硬的咬不动.想喝杯咖啡算了.咖啡就像喝完洗咖啡杯的水.淡的没有味道.差.有时候偷懒不洗杯子直接加水的.只想快点离开.早餐时间还没有过.服务员已经开始收东西了.这是我老家已经十多年没有回来了.我也不想说不好.服务真差.这个房间不适合戴小孩.洗澡间是透明玻璃的.房间倒是很干净.洗手台没有挂毛巾的顾客.不够人性化.
