朋友过来住，到前台想直接开房间，酒店前台服务员(脸上有个疙瘩的)告诉299，一晚，还没有经过我们同意就把房间开了，而我们发现从网上预定也是299元，但是返现45，我们说把开好的房间取消，我们从网上下单，这个服务员就一脸的不愿意，态度极其恶略！还说这说那！我以前出差一直住这里，以后要考虑一下了！
