我们退房时，忘记了退押金，当时我们问了房价是248元，我们打电话时，吧台服务员态度恶劣，虽然用微信转账退回了押金，但是少退了我们60元现金。酒店为什么会这样？！这样的酒店！以后还会有人敢住吗？
