我是来辉县自驾游的外地客人，听说万仙山景区的冰挂很壮观，遂18年元月31号，途径百泉国际大酒店入住，不想正值流感来袭，刚住一天就感冒高烧不退，客房服务员知道后，不仅及时地送来了感冒退烧药，还准备了可乐姜丝汤，让我这个异乡客人在寒冷的冬天，在辉县这个城市倍感温暖，在这里非常感谢楼层服务员。

服务很贴心，晚上十点多到房间已帮开好了空调，还送了饮料。环境很好👍，可惜没时间享受，想渡假住二天很合适。

环境特别的好，我们晚上十点多到，酒店已经帮我们开好了空调，特别贴心。早餐也很好，清淡合口。就是半夜停了二次电有点受影响，希望酒店改进电路设施。

百泉国际酒店前台服务非常好，离店后押金忘了退，前台通过网络找到我。主动退我押金，非常感谢。百泉酒店环境优雅，酒店大院人文历史浓厚，我多次入住过。感觉非常好
