酒店前台服务超级慢，退房现在好点的酒店都是刷信用，冻结一部分钱，走了他们慢慢查，然后这个非要在前台等。在艺龙定的房间，到了第一个接待的前台说短信验证码没有用，非要报名字，我不记得用了哪些人的名字订的，因为订了很多房间，他们就没法办理入住。换了一个人过来，又可以办理了。刚去就看到有个客人要换零钱，不给人家换，楼下叫去楼上，楼上又喊到楼下，这个四星估计是花钱买的

预定了4个房间住3晚。到酒店后前台说没有我们的订单，我在手机上找到艺龙确认页面给前台看，前台都还是说没有找到我们的订单，并叫我们不通过艺龙直接在前台办理入住，房间468比艺龙还高。在我的一再坚持下，前台才说找到订单了，给办理了入住。前台服务员人品真差，原定的3晚，只住了1晚，第二天果断退房换酒店。早餐一般。
