总体不错，但是跟四川人沟通不太喜欢，他们是比较懒散的，有什么事情跟他说完就像跟他无关一样，落个充电器在房间，跟前台说完，前台核实完了就没动静了，也不说你自己上去取还是送下来，我在那等了几分钟忍不住问了一下，才说你自己上去取，我自己拿着行李坐电梯取12楼客房去拿，可是到了12楼，服务员根本不在喊了一圈也没人，就想是不是人家给送下去，马上坐电梯到一楼大厅，就问前台充电器是否送下来，楼上没有服务员阿，前台拿起电话又问了一下，然后也不说话，我就在等，以为会有人送下来，等了3，4分钟我问前台服务员送充电器下来了吗，前台告诉我你自己去取，我说那你怎么不说话呢，让我等着这么长时间，只好自己再次返回12楼，这回才拿到充电器，要不是新手机的原厂充电器都不想要了，只是想说，接到客户的事要有处理结果，及时把事情跟客户交代清楚，不说话不处理，不问不说，哎，大简阳的服务不太喜欢。
