酒店处于景区最里，位置一般。服务很差，前台服务员连普通话都讲不好。餐厅更糟糕，还格外贵。房间设施更招待所一样。

水涛仙谷宾馆在绵山景区前山和后山的分界处，环境优美，房间干净，只是赶上节假日，房费较高。

酒店的性价比太低了。卫生间的下水道堵塞\房间床有点硬,餐品种少而且很贵很牛。在景区水涛沟附近，依山傍水，空气很清新。
