服务太差，两栋楼，前台也不要告诉在哪栋楼，我就拿个大箱子跑上跑下，过去办入住，几个前台居然说，一到交接班，就来人，真麻烦。真不知道这个酒店三星怎么弄上去的，金昌好歹还是个地级市，星级酒店里的前台就这种服务？
