金川宾馆是原来的一招，去的时候刚刚清洗完地毯，服务人员一直说抱歉可能会感觉有点潮气。
从前台到客房服务人员服务意识很强，服务态度很好，包括指引去餐厅的路线、在大厅等待离开的时候给倒上热水等等，有种宾至如归的感觉；早餐不错各种口味都有，还在餐厅点菜吃了下晚餐，味道也不错；客房干净，就是没有地巾还有浴帽，不知道是没有还是忘了配备。总之，希望下次有机会来金昌还可以入住，再尝试下餐厅主打特色的七彩饺子宴。

前台有个老女人，每次去刷房卡，跟欠他一样，还有酒店保安，上班时间玩游戏，坐着嗑瓜子，对着旅客指着鼻子说滚出去，对旅客出言不逊。酒店不应该有这样的安保人员。但是客房服务员很不错。
