有停车场，车位较少，不方便的设施是电梯，为安全刷卡按所在楼层(防盗是防不了的，只要有人上电梯，跟进去的人可上电梯，即使下一二层，通过消防楼梯可去想去的楼层)，使得只有一张，住二人，很不方便，带房卡出去，房间的人没电，不带房卡，如吃早歺在四楼，必须去一楼总台，总台一人，并且很忙，只能等待。还有送酸奶因住房人多，不送。
