服务极差，艺龙上登着钟点房78，时间为最晚23点。到了前台办理入住的时候前台问了是不预定的，我说是。然后也没问我哪个平台订的就收238押金。等我退房的时候给我退100。我问怎么回事，我定得钟点房。前台说不知道我订的钟点房。说钟点房的话晚上是100，只能退我138。还怪我入住的时候没有跟他说定的钟点房，在哪个平台上定的。说如果我主动说了，她会劝我取消订单，因为他们系统有问题，艺龙的不算数，晚上钟点房是100。 最后收了我100。 我就不明白了，问我是不预定的，我说是，你们酒店不主动问哪个平台的还怪我了。系统有问题就赶紧解决。艺龙上挂78。前台收100！

地方偏，周边没有商场，极不方便，宾馆没有早餐，花钱也没有😭！新宾馆，房间很大，干净，灯开关很多，可灯只有一个，很亮刺眼，不舒服，
