酒店位置很好，离游船码头很近，其他的就太差了。房间有发霉的味道，潮湿不堪。家里小孩子霉菌过敏，鼻涕咳嗽不止，无奈只能又换家酒店开房。
携程与店家协调多次也不能取消订单，鉴于我是携程老客户，携程自行补偿我一半的房费。
有几点心得与驴友分享：预订房间时最好选择到店付;多比较几家类似于携程的商旅服务平台;预订黑龙江景区的酒店一定要慎重，黑龙江经济太差了，来一个就要宰杀一刀 没有人之常情可言。

酒店位置很好就在湖边码头，颜美女推荐的饭菜实惠不错，业务也熟练，出点问题都解决了，赞一个。顺便说一下镜泊湖景区就不舒服了，感觉一步一个坑，景区挺大，一个点到另一个很远，里面的车一点到另一个点都单独卖票，12元只能使用一次，坑死人，景色对南方人来说太一般，瀑布说很大去了也没觉得，旅游感受不好，再不会去了！

临近码头，门口就有景区内旅游巴士，坐船坐車出游去景点、非常方便，老板和服务员态度都很好，有问必答。房间干净，吃饭在山庄内，价格适中，口味还不错。

这种酒店你们艺龙把它放入三星级酒店标准内那些人是受了贿吧。卫生太差了，我在房间里拍了3⃣️只苍蝇，北面房间阴暗潮湿。床上用品及毛巾都湿乎乎的。

到前还不知道是在景区内，不能自驾进景区，所以弄得很狼狈。宣传不够，说明更不够。其它还好。

酒店在景区内，所以得拖着行李箱座摆渡车不方便，而且停车要停在景区外停车场不安全！同时需要付费
