  酒店设施新，硬件环境不错。酒店服务得分不高与携程有关，事先在携程网上用礼品卡订的房，到店后酒店说携程只提供担保，要另外支付现金。接下来就是不停的跟携程联系，携程的回覆也要等到我自己打电话去问，真的是无语了。
