出差京山入住，硬件没问题，但必须给差评！差评！差评！给一星是由于前台服务差，你们可以去确认调查。对我说的房号是错的，说喊三遍我没搭理她，服务流程都不清楚，想不通怎么能上岗？查房后是不确认实际消费？不询问是否开票？等等。就直接说你可以走了，直接在预售里面扣。问问你们酒店管理领导，好好学习再上岗可以？有点丢玉丰酒店的档次。很差的体验。看到这条评论希望你们有所关注吧！值得深思！可以去查我的房间号。
