感谢房间清理服务人员的周到细心的服务，替客人着想。
对早餐厅服务人员的服务态度提出意见，一个男服务员走路拖着鞋走路，请他拿一个刀叉，整个过程一句话不说。作为服务人员你们服务的对象是客人，不是植物，动物有的时候也要跟它讲话，说一声【稍等，请用】有那么难吗？你如果不愿意说话，就去做别的事情呀！这和酒店的管理水平也有很大的关系。只能说酒店管理水平有待提高！

靖江最好的酒店了，硬件设施还行，早餐也不错。服务总体不错，但也有需要提升的地方，尤其早晨那么多人前台退房，就两个服务员，没有人来支援，硬生生等了20分钟才退完房
