在凤凰没订到满意的酒店，只好落脚吉首，结果反而更满意了。离凤凰古城就三十多公里高速。吉首的老牌酒店了，设施服务比凤凰那边好太多了，价格还便宜。房间够大，服务热情。很晚入住，酒店还派人上门赠送了水果、饮料、方便面。早餐也还满意。推荐入住。

从张家界和德夯苗寨过来，很方便入住边城酒店。酒店在市中心，吃饭和购物特别方便，酒店卫生设施服务都非常好，入住这里心情很愉快。特别要表扬一下酒店的服务，31号入住，1号上午离开回长沙，2号上午发现一件衣服忘在酒店了，打电话给宾馆，前台很热情，帮着找到后，顺风快递，3号上午就收到了。给宾馆点个赞！希望宾馆领导表扬一下前台服务员！坚持这种服务精神和热情！

酒店地理位置好，应该属于市中心吧，周边餐饮不错，味道好价格低。酒店房间较大，设施将就，但酒店本身的服务较为粗糙，令人不爽的地方较多，估计一时半会也纠正不过来，就不想一一列举了，反正价格也基本合理，凑合吧。
