1.早上木有6点下的火车，前台死活不让入住，说是要下午2点以后，要不就是按原价补齐差价。还是经理出面才解决了，累傻了人，还心情不愉快。2.气温不足15度，白天木有暖气，晚上要求了很久才让工程人员打开。3.烧水壶全是水垢，洗了n多次才干净。4.门内无暗锁，只能用椅子顶着过夜😓😓 5.毛巾很足的84消毒液味道，证明有消毒吧。6.房间内的电话是坏的，还好马上换了。7.网站和房间门，房卡等等公布的电话号码全是空号，手机号也是错的，让人说是骚扰了😓😓😓😓😓 一句话，要不是不能取消，坚决不住这家！！！下次来也不住，也不推荐朋友来！！

临街但不吵，房间蛮大，设施齐全，除地毯老旧外其他都还好，火车站和公交车站就在旁边，出行方便

我一共3间房2晚确实是入住了，酒店前台就是不在网络上给我核实入住，我反复多次问，还是不给核实，不知道为什么？还说我可以去投诉同程旅游。
