湘西山区四月份早晚温度还是比较低，但是该酒店却以维修为借口停止供暖。我已经是第二次入住了，去年十月底住过也是借口维修停止供暖和供冷。问过住过的朋友现在才知道，春秋两季该酒店为节约成本而停止供暖或供冷，但是房价却与其他季节一样。实事求是得说服务阿姨们态度非常好，但是卫生条件和硬件设施比私人宾馆好不到哪里去。价格比七天、汉庭、城市快捷稍高，但质量要低很多。

洗手盆的水管坏的，我住4楼，居然窗户的锁是坏的，完全不能锁，也就是说万一犯罪分子或者小偷啥的可以随便进出！
