已经入住多次。总台的服务和以前比差了许多，好像换了一拨人。一边接着电话一边和我讲话，带着孩子入住等了老半天才办完。网上讲特价房、有窗，总台讲有窗、不能开的！真是水太深！取消再重新预定，加价！房间依然是化学气味特浓特浓的最廉价拖鞋！上次给总经理写了书面意见，给换了塑料的拖鞋。最吐槽的是浴室碰头，真是天女散花，根本没法洗澡！还没有配手持软管！真不知道当初采购部门昧了多少良心、或眼光低到如此“水花下溅”！实在气愤，但还是入住，所以也请多多谅解吧。
