感谢酒店服务人员的热情服务，谢谢前台小刘帮忙拿行李并一直送到房间。房型起初开错了，但及时调整了过来，并致电表示歉意。房间还特意安装了加湿器，送了水果和热饮。餐厅的服务员很漂亮，服务也很贴心。没想到酒店的服务如此优质，在寒冷的冬天里，带给了我一丝丝暖意。向酒店全体人员表示感谢，并祝生意兴隆！
