我住在705房间，要感谢服务员，为我免费擦鞋，我提出要擦鞋服务，服务员说酒店没有收费的这项服务，然后就主动要求帮我免费擦，回来擦好很干净，我想表示一下感激，给点小费或者礼物，服务员也拒绝了！再次感谢酒店，感谢这位服务员！

设施很旧，窗户关不拢，一吹风就叽嘎叽嘎的影响休息，电视机也是坏的，我母亲她们的房间甚至还有一股死老鼠的味道

服务态度还不错，但是靠里面的房间简直是太差了，浴室里没有搁置架，不知道房间是不是重新改造过，房间门口的灯离床太近，一会儿熄一会儿亮的根本关不了，一晚上都没有睡好！差！
