今天回家后收到酒店客服电话，当时忙，没怎么反馈，现在来点评一下，确实有点不爽。自助晚餐，两岁多娃儿没咋吃，走的时候，拿了一块小蛋糕，应该不到50克吧。看清楚哈，娃儿才两岁多。你们那正直的服务员说，自助餐厅不能外带。我晓得，这是规矩，没有规矩不成方圆。但是在中国，还是要讲人情世故吧。我认为拿你块蛋糕不算啥子，就拿一块，还是两岁半的娃儿拿，既不影响你的管理，也吃不垮你铺子。最后，我只能说，我不满意，如果你认为我是无理取闹，那你尽可以不理我的评价。

非常满意这个酒店，硬件上是完美的，软件更加，27日晚上七点钟，接待的是年轻的戴眼镜陈先生，知道我是一个人，特意到阆中旅游，而且年纪大了，他请示领导，帮我升了房，不用爬楼梯，又是无烟房，想的非常周到，在这里，感谢他，赞一个。
