酒店很好，交通方便，由于旺季古城附近特别堵车，我们很庆幸在城里定了这家酒店，交通方便，环境也好，带着孩子一起住也很宽敞。

酒店设施设备高大上，特别是卫生间布局非常巧妙合理。但酒店服务还有待改进，一是大热的天居然不开空调，电话询问在维修，老掉牙的托辞；二是房间摆设的宣传画页，全是酒店老总与各类星人物合影，而酒店服务指南内容则粗陋不全，不专业的显摆。

1、酒店所处环境幽静，挺适合居住。
2、房间内装修挺好，通风条件好；卫生间、浴室卫生条件好，床铺干净整洁。
3、服务员服务态度挺好。
4、个人感觉电梯里灯光有点暗不明亮，给人感觉压抑。
5、退房时间不够明确和统一，房卡上退房时间为12：00，电话咨询后退房时间为14：00，建议修改房卡上退房时间为常规的12:00。
6、网上订酒店时说含早餐，但是至酒店入住时未得到早餐劵，可能是食堂还没开业的原因吧。
7、总体入住给人感觉还是挺好的，但是酒店管理应从小细节出发，细致入微一点，人性化一点，那就更好了。
