  酒店房间宽敞，设施齐备，视野开阔，采光良好，卫生过硬，热水来的快，居住舒适度高。特别是整个房间无障碍，不像有的酒店，卫生间到房间有门槛、马桶间有门槛、淋浴间有门槛，稍不注意，容易跘倒人，而华忠酒店整套房子无无任何障碍，活动非常舒适、安全。酒店各个岗位服务人员态度都很热情，给人宾至如归的感觉。

  开车的人住酒店，很关注停车问题。华忠酒店有地下停车场，虽车位不算太多，但管理有序，能够保证住店客人停车的需要。特别是停车场入口，有一老师傅专门把守，确认系住店客人车辆，才予放入。进入地下车场后，老师傅还跟下来安排车位，指挥停车，指点上楼路径，服务甚是热情周到。这样的师傅是为酒店加分的因素，酒店宜长期雇佣，别轻易辞退了。车场出入口比较狭窄，比较陡，只容得下一个车身，且出入皆为同一个口子。好在坡道不长，视线明朗，易于观察，加上有车场门卫师傅照看，出入还算顺畅。负一楼没有电梯，但有步行梯通向一楼大厅，且整洁明亮，爬一层的楼梯对90%以上的人还不算问题。
