酒店服务特别好 一进门就有人招呼 到前台4马上倒酸梅汤 快速办理入住 以前到的是热茶 天气热了就改为酸梅汤 很为顾客着想 特别好 哪里都好

一进酒店就有一种香味很舒服 大厅也很凉快。服务人员看到我们马上亲切照顾主动去提行李 感觉特别温馨 办理入住也非常快速 4热情的讲解了早餐时间晚上有牛奶 还有西昌特色小吃 风景这些 给人感觉很好 房间里面卫生也干净整洁 脏衣服也可以拿给客房大姐洗 有什么问题服务人员都会积极处理 很为客人着想。喜欢西昌也喜欢怡家 下次来还会住这里4
