30号晚上七点半入住的，分配的房间说是在主楼的后面，开车能找到，最后怎么也找不到，就放弃了，等天亮再说，前台就一人也没人带去房间，行李车也没有，更别说行李服务员了，五星级酒店啊！就这样吧凑合住吧，然后去餐厅吃饭，西餐厅吧台里居然不知道什么人在哪里抽烟，点了几个菜，其中一个菜冰凉啊，需要自己点火加热。带了螃蟹厨房居然不给加工，说是有包桌忙不过来，本来定的三天，住一天退房吧，再也不来了，可能别的地方的五星酒店和北京的差距太大吧，所以大家在县级城市的五星酒店就别抱希望了
