酒店挂牌5星⭐园林式风格，昔日应该很辉煌，硬件还不错，软件有待大幅提高！晚上没热水，打了四遍电话给前台，一会说问下，一会说交班，一会说稍等，一会说工人20分钟才能解决！舟车劳顿一天，这么热的天不能洗澡很痛苦！所谓的五星标准在不同级别城市差别很大！

这个酒店可能主要接团，对散客服务很差。办理入住的时候居然所有pose机都坏了，要交现金要么微信转给前台个人。我就呵呵哒，为了省点刷卡费至于么。餐厅点餐那服务员就跟你欠她多少钱似的，每次都是叫几回才应还是一副臭脸。早餐如果是个三星或者便宜四星没毛病，可你是个挂牌五星啊，就这几样？
