酒店是临夏最好的酒店，办理入住手续退房手续都稍微慢些，服务人员态度还不错，早餐也比较丰富，东西没了就会添加。酒店不好的一点到了10点就没有空调了，打电话到前台询问，一位男服务人员回答老板不让开我们也没办法。将近400元一间一晚的房子连空调都不舍得开，真是无语。
