明明在携程订的是三床房前台硬说我订错了给了我间三人套房（一大床加小床）虽然最后给我换了但感受度太差，一到房间发现厕所竟然没冲洗很臭跟工作人员说，只是说帮忙反馈真是够了😓，酒店里其他设施还可以但周边真的一般除了泡温泉什么都没有

入住体验很不错，进入大堂有主管春春热情的接待和详细酒店介绍，房间设施很周到，还有地暖在山里这是体贴的配置，房间温泉非常不错，干净又有氛围，非常好的温泉还有温泉水赠送，泡茶很棒！要是迷你小酒吧有零食就更好了。

环境一流 别墅的房间偏小 床用舒适 但是房间洗澡水太小 早餐尚可 温泉的确不错 天气好可以看到雪山 早上起来还看到山上银装素裹

酒店很新，设施完善，房间都有地暖，洗澡水都是温泉水，被雪山、山林美景环抱，坐拥天然温泉，位置得天独厚！房间密度小，非常清静、私密性好，水景凉亭绿化精致，别墅顶层露台、温泉池等多个方位均可远眺雪山，非常惬意！温泉水相当好，干净，池子多，房间每天配一壶温泉水喝。虽然周边没有商店，但餐厅味道好、份量大，我入住的管家任迎春美女服务非常周到、热情，有啥问题都可以放心找她解决，走的时候还主动送了两壶温泉水！三天两夜浑身环绕着淡淡的温泉香，真是一段愉快闲适的休假放松之旅……
