平时去的，人少，服务好，整体感觉不错，退费还送小点心。几乎所有工作人员的服务都很棒。管家文文很不错，有问题马上帮忙处理了。

酒店环境一般，比较干净，早餐品种多，味道一般，餐厅里油烟味道太大了。吃个早餐熏了我一身油烟味。房间地暖太热了，进屋就把地暖关了，可是没有用，房间又闷又热，我们一家人都热来没睡着，酒店服务态度挺好的，酒店价格偏高，一千左右差不多，三千左右太贵了！反正以后是不会去了！

除了贵没其他毛病，景色宜人，房间很大，地暖加热很快，温泉的风景也不错，不过基本上要中午到下午四点以前才能看到无边泳池的雪山，其他时候都是雾挡了
