订的套房，结果客厅摆的很大的麻将桌，有空调还是很好，卫生不好，电水壶里面脏的要死，打电话给前台要求换，还告诉说每个房间一个，没有多余的，这么冷的天还要买冷水喝，你开的是酒店好吗，既然收的是酒店的钱，就请做的酒店的服务。
