比较满意的一次入住体验。成县在陇南算是不错的城市，酒店紧邻河边，环境很优美。院子里也有足够大的停车场，非常适合自驾游。早餐也很不错。

刚进酒店，大堂很气派，早餐丰富，餐厅工作人员也很认真，但是前台服务员需要提升工作能力，效率低，不严谨，我等着办理手续却一直接电话，专业能力和房间沟通也有待提高，房间里没有配置的东西却问我放哪里了，晚上停电两次，电梯停运，酒店预留的所有电话没有一个能打通，我们在二十几楼和楼下直接失联，没有一个酒店的服务人员出现，这些应急管理也有待加强。

强烈推荐去陇南一定要住的地方！酒店环境好，入住的是河景房，让人心旷神怡。酒店温馨，服务好，停车方便，指挥车辆人员高素质。房间内布置让人觉得很贴心。早餐简直超五星，超级满意。来成县住的最舒适的一次，而且价位也不高。此行非常开心、舒心。

酒店位置很好，对面就是水上公园，还有喷泉广场到总台办理入住服务很热情周到房间很舒适环境一流，停车场很大24到陇南出行体验最好的一家五星酒店。早上的自助早餐很丰盛，用餐环境更是一级棒??????
