周边是政务中心，比较安静整洁，停车也好停，不像市中心那么闹，自驾过来很适合。就是热水，看以前点评吐槽的也很多，据我亲身体验大概是晚八点以后才有，之前没热水，早起也是没有的，这点太像上世纪招待所了...希望可以改进。

宾馆位置在新区，周围环境很不错，房间也不错，干净卫生。自驾导航就导“陇南市体育馆”即可。卫生间设施一般，干湿没有分区是其缺点，洗澡时，水放了很久，水都不热，洗澡够呛。
