文县碧口唯一星级酒店，设施一般，舒适度还可以，但是浴巾有异味，房间也有异味，浴室帘子布满了霉斑，只能算是凑合住238一晚性价比不高。酒店外小吃街有个老字号 新茶园 川菜馆，味道十分惊艳，价格公道，很是回味。

还不错的一家酒店，从小巷子穿过去直接到步行街中间，对面就是大唐水电公司，地理位置不错。对了，格兰酒店位置也挺好，在车站附近。

小镇上还算可以的酒店，单间正对着电梯，噪音大，房间面积太小;换了一个标间，房间面积设施都还算不错，可是别的房间半夜喝醉酒闹事，酒店迟迟无人出面，安保措施堪忧。

对携程上的顾客不太热心，说是亏了，携程上写的是送双早，到了店里说是只送单早，需要补15块。最后携程的态度比较好，说补的差价由携程承担，为携程的态度点赞！

地理位置不好找，打电话问前台也解释不清位置，其实就在碧江水电厂正对面，门口有免费停车，离步行街、碧江很近。
