工作人员态度很差，看人的眼神就不和谐，而且订的两间商务标间，入住时被告知订的是普通标间，交涉之后承认了错误，换成商务间，可是进房间就是一大股烟味儿，能说是钟点房没敞味道就直接用了吗？第二天那股烟味儿都还在

卫生一般，周边环境很差，前台服务小妹服务态度很差，不开增值税专用发票，让我下次去开，这不明显不想开吗！所以我让她们给我开了便条，如果发票不给我寄来，我投诉就有依据了，耽误了我一个小时的时间，太差劲了！

酒店位置就在彩虹桥旁边，紧邻江边。因为是晚上到达，周边挺热闹。本来以为是一个很小的城市，进入城市之后才发现还是挺漂亮。酒店有专门的地下停车库，入住的时候需要登记才能免费。本来对酒店都挺满意，但是前台的一个接待，大大降低对酒店的好感。当天晚上办理入住的时候，有两个接待，一个较矮的接待服务就是一副爱理不理的样子。之后在等待办理房卡过程中，另一位客户找接待拿房卡，结果接待人员直接翻白眼，客户问了一些问题，直接一副“你的问题很白痴也”的表情。虽然不是对我们表现出这种态度，但是即使对其他客户这样，作为前台，对酒店的服务质量就是大大的减分。

房间干净，设施不错，停车场在地下，住宿登记车号免费。酒店紧临江边，不错，四星名符其实！环境特别好。只是我预定298元的商务标准间，信用卡预授权，我离开酒店收到的信息扣了我318元，电话询问酒店前台，他们说我定的是团购房，由携程返还20元，所以我搞不清楚，希望携程解决问题，不要问题在那里，我预定时，手机网只是说298元。
