果断差评，安排的901，中央空调水管声音大的像正在维修，吵得根本无法入睡打电话说十二点就关了。马桶也不好用。到前台交涉各种撒谎推辞,强烈要求换房间尽然要收费，找值班经理她们说没有。到此还未完，换的房间空调有问题，中央空调水管声仍比较大但比刚才稍微好些，想必换了一个仍有问题的房间，已经夜里十二点，不是家人累了就是不睡觉我必投诉到底，这样的前台请问你们的专业素质在哪里???
