酒店在景区内，需要先购买门票（网上买门票比较优惠）才能进去，酒店内部的停车场比较大。由于冬天春节期间去的龙泉山，酒店的服务明显跟不上，标准间B的条件很一般，走廊的地毯有点霉味，设施比较老（电视机还是CRT的显示屏），晚上热水供应不上，实在与AAA的星级不相符。晚餐一般，等一个菜等了半个多小时，第二天早餐8点去只有馒头稀饭鸡蛋牛奶（同行的说牛奶加了...），据说夏天游客还是很多的，景区的风景确实不错。

热水供应不上将酒店独特装潢带来的惊喜抵消殆尽。早餐保温措施没有，八点多去吃馒头都冷了。不过前台和服务员的态度都很好。房间有热汀电热毯，很暖和。

一家人旅游去的，酒店就在景点内，很方便，价格还是公道，就是有一股很大的霉味，热水晚了就没有，过年期间服务员都找不到，不过酒店餐厅还不错，按景点来说价格味道都不错。

建筑有点特色，在服务上要加强，酒店吃的消费最好能实惠点。山上比较潮湿，最好每个房间加装除湿器。
