很差的感受，7楼房间紧邻空调压缩机，噪音很大，一夜未眠。酒店不给换房，打了20多个电话希望艺龙协助，没有回复。在持续一周投诉后，艺龙给了30块钱预付卡，所谓感情赔付，而且告知这是他们的最终处理结果。这次体验确实非常寒心，十年的龙萃会员，一夜未眠的的遭遇在艺龙看来就值30块钱。还是预付卡。
在投诉过程中，近20个客服接电话，每次都要重复内容，都说30分钟回复，没有人做到。并且发现投诉内容被删减，离店一周内没有人再跟进处理。
这是我第一次写评论，也是最后一次。因为十年的老客户就值30元。无法理解艺龙对客户服务的理念是什么？点名批评现场主管52217。如果这篇评论被删除，那也更说明问题了。
