酒店的硬件设施在当地应该算是最好的了，一到总台办理入住，没有人打招呼，服务员接电话一直用方言在讲，好笑的是总台还摆放了一个牌子请说普通话，接完电话也没有问是否办理入住，没办法，只好自己主动了，整个过程没有任何服务质量可言，软件真的需要提升．入住期间都在中餐厅吃饭，味道真是不错，鱼头，香菇，萝卜都是真材实料，只是炒牛肝菌里面有沙子，不过整体对餐饮还是非常满意的．
