我们去到丽江的时候因为没车去泸沽湖，不得不跟他们协商退房，他们一口拒绝了，连一点点都没退回给我们。。。我建议淡季去的时候可以到了才找酒店

很棒，老板娘态度超好，店里的其他人也很好，去的时候停电，请我去烤火，帮我找热水，帮我们订了超级靠谱的司机，很棒。
复式房子下层有点冷，楼上电热毯空调都有，卫生间有浴霸，我很怕冷所以觉得下层有点冷。
