入住两间房，三楼和一楼，晚上卫生间都没热水。前台小妺处理问题态度非常不满意。正常索取发票被告之需要补税钱.泸沽湖很美，入住的酒店是唯一的遗憾！

服务态度超级好～床睡着也蛮舒服～只是睡一楼有点不好的是，因为是木质结构，所以楼上走来走去很影响～其他都还是挺好的～

后来升级住了他们家自由-情人树的客栈.可以在房间看到泸沽湖的湖景.更可以看到一大一小两颗情人树.

店家超级好的，主动联系，到了过后，主动帮忙提行李。接待我们的是一个小帅哥，人超级热情。住宿的地方非常不错，环境设施都很棒的，下次再来这里的话，还会选择这家店哟。
