马桶是堵的，很晚才发现懒得折腾了，毛巾浴巾还要自己去取。房间阴冷阴冷的，没有空调暖气，唯一的取暖设备是只能覆盖大半个床的电热毯。早上退房找不到人，找了快20分钟，打退房电话好几次都不接，好不容易接了，告诉我人不在，让在院子大喊退房，依然找不到人，差点耽误坐车
