1.入住的时候老板就已经是我们欠了他几百万一样面无表情。2.想要调房，明明3楼有房也直接告诉我们满房。3.续住不做续住卫生，连纸巾都不供应一下。4.晚上11点回酒店，整条街都还灯火通明，就这家酒店关了门，进门还要打电话开门，免不了又是一顿黑脸。5.由于定了2点的车，跟老板商量1点退房，老板直接拒绝。总而言之，出来旅游是为了放松的，不是为了受气的，一条街上酒店很多，性价比都不错，想好好享受旅游的就建议没必要订这家了。By The way，旁边的格姆饭庄很赞，老板跟老实，做法很地道，推荐。

房间还是挺大，一家三口不错，有大小床，但是楼下有酒吧，音乐声音大，闹，这个椅子是旁边屋里的，这边放了个吊椅

我们在网上定的，倒是80左右的价格能买上湖滨房子很不容易了，进酒店老板给安排的110，一楼背阴，热水壶电线连接不好，不好使，时断时续，卫生间有盆塘，但要洗澡才发现淋浴头不能用，只有一个很低的往盆塘放水的水龙头能出热水，于是澡也没洗成。此外，夜间微冷，店家说空调不能用，带不动。电视遥控器坏的，节目很少，还花。无线信号很差，几乎不能用。

凌晨零下停电！无空调无暖气！无应急灯！前台无人接待！无法入住！老板无担当！当晚由于有客人由于没灯摔伤，警察来了全部客人讨说法，老板说补偿一个房间200元，安抚完了叫客人回去先睡！完了第二天不见人！承诺也不兑现！看看大家凌晨零下几度还在酒店前台干什么吧！
