酒店很干净，房间设计比较合理，洗漱位置很舒服，服务员态度很好！一楼的餐厅的东西很好吃，一家老小都很满意。

差到没办法形容，先是热水问题从下午两点到晚上十一点没解决，连开发票都需要十来分钟，前台妹子一点都不醒目，真的是差到没办法形容啊！！！！史上住过的最差的酒店！！！醉了。。。醉了。。。。

酒店硬件应该算得上泸沽湖周围最好的，只是位置稍微偏了点，建在山上，俯视泸沽湖条件挺好，入住客人较少，清静。湖景房只是远眺，与一千多房价比偏贵。

确实是当地规格最高的酒店。除了房间太冷，其他都很好，尤其是早餐～高高壮壮的男服务员特别好，儿子晚上想喝牛奶了，他想了好多办法，热好了送到房间来的。99赞。

酒店环境优美，安静，餐厅外有个观景平台，景色很不错。 离里格半岛（餐饮和娱乐集中地）较近。 房间设施算的上四星级，有地暖，但好像是电地暖，较干，而且发热不均匀，对舒适度有一定影响。卫生间干湿分区，不错，浴缸内有毛发，不敢泡，热水较小，小到影响到洗浴的舒适度。
