店家都很热情负责，酒店很有特色～设施都很好～地暖很温暖～靠湖房子的景色都不错！还提供下午茶，美中不足一点的就是早餐品种稍微有些少。

酒店外的景色太棒了！地暖实在太给力，热得晚上差点睡不着。到的当天在酒店吃的晚餐，很不错，至少看起比泸沽湖周边的餐馆要干净得多。

看评论看介绍真是值得来，结果进店就失望了，冷冷清清的整个酒店，要不是我们预付款了，真的会拎包就走了，服务员态度真的是非常热情，就是跟周围其它酒店比感觉太不值这个价位了，早餐样式特别特别少，米线也不好吃，不推荐，我给的满星只是为了服务员态度，
