以前该酒店刚开业时，服务及硬件各方面还算不错。但此次住宿发现：1，前台服务非常差，根本没觉得客人存在。2，晚上洗澡没有热水，要先打开水龙头先流半小时才有。而且水很小。3，床硬的要死，基本就是床垫上加床单！

住宿条件太差了，卫生也不知道多长时间没打扫了，全是灰，晚上11点还停电了，早上天快亮了才来电，没有一个小时又停电，洗漱全是凉水，我也是无语了，前台服务也太差，面无表情，爱搭不理，话都懒得说，早餐也不行，服务行业能做成这样我也是第一次遇到，估计老板不差钱，不建议大家不要去了，
