墙面脱落，卫生间和床附近很多飞虫和小细蠕动虫子了，隔音差到极致，早上7点旁边幼儿园喇叭开始吵，早上9点开始装修钻墙, 服务态度极差，前一天登记时要求改豪华大床，明明平台价格一样前台硬要收差价，因为很晚了困累没有过多计较，结果差价收了上楼开房发现并没有改房型，早上退房要求把差价退还，服务态度很强硬，说系统改过了就得收系统改过的价，吧啦吧啦，说一堆听不懂的强扯歪理。酒店出现错误还怪到客人了，一副的盛气凌人面孔，真是弄的全家人心情都坏透了，来离石再也不会住这了
