位置不错，周边购物方便，有很大的停车场，因为是党校的培训地方，所以院子里很安静，绿化也不错，有一些周围的居民到这遛弯，有停车场。

房间是按预定时间排好的，去了不能选房间。软硬件都还行，就是门隔音效果够呛，上午楼道里打扫卫生吵得睡不着，早餐一般。
