酒店硬件很好，位置也好，只是前台服务员太差：我到时正在打电话，我只好准备证件等她啦，可是等了近5分钟！打完了，我以为她会主动问我了，可是她就当我不存在，走开了！好在这时来了另外一位，接过我的证件交给她去办入住；一会，说是没查到我的预定，（我真没看到她在哪查），需要我提供手机短信，可等我找到时，这位小姐又不理我了！！又是旁边的收银给她看!! 好不容易办完了，一个笑脸都没有！！服务员工号：255！我可真没欠她什么吧！郁！！

我睡眠不好，给安排了一个最边上靠街的房间，入住后去反映说太吵，服务员却说不太吵吧？是我住还是你住？我觉得吵肯定是会影响我睡眠的！后来又说携程订的就是这种房间，别的房都住满了！吕梁市不是旅游城市，什么时候住客会这么多！吃早餐的时候一看，就没几个人，怎么会住满？
