预付的大床房到店后被酒店前台告知房型没预留，说给安排标间可不可以，我不同意情况下说给我升级了套房。我一个人其实不用住什么套房，因为太晚所以我选择不计较，但酒店这做法不诚信。所谓的套房，设施陈旧，中央空调破烂不堪，运行噪音大，关掉后房间晚上冷。没有吹风机，早上六点起床根本就没有热水，房间味道大。唯一值得欣慰的楼层的服务员人还不错。属于体验最差的一次住宿，不理解为何能在艺龙吕梁推荐排名第一。
